Role of the platform
smart-contract.com puts clients in touch with vendors and helps them compare quotes. It is not a party to the contracts signed between them, and project payments do not go through it. Each vendor is responsible for its quotes, its work and the information on its profile.
Examples shown on the site, such as the sample project file and quotes, are fictional and marked as such.
Intellectual property
The texts, visual identity and software of the site belong to BME Consulting unless stated otherwise. Reproducing them without prior written permission is not allowed. Vendor names and trademarks belong to their owners.
